Congratulations on the purchase of your new home!A new home is a complicated system, built largely by hand, and made of mostly organic materials. With those elements in mind, Frontier Homes has designed a Homeowner Care program that meets the requirements of today's homeowners. The Frontier program has several aspects: Information, understanding and response. New Homeowner QuickLinksAs a Frontier homeowner, your experience and satisfaction are important to us. The following downloads and links are designed to provide you, our valued customer, access to important homeowner information and services. Homebuyer OrientationOur initial homebuyer orientations, carried out before the close of escrow, are conducted by our Homeowner Care representatives. This ensures that our homeowners know their representative even before they occupy their new homes. In addition, homebuyers are furnished with construction performance standards that spell out the standards to which Frontier homes are built. Then at closing, homeowners review and keep a Homeowner's Manual that reiterates those standards and describes the home's various systems. It also describes how the homeowner can best maintain those systems for maximum durability and appearance, as well as minimum service under construction- and appliance manufacturer- warranties. Warranties and ServiceFrontier Homeowner Care under the warranty programs are based on our "1-2-3" system. When service is necessary, Frontier representatives are committed to respond to any and all requests within one day, an appointment for repair is confirmed within two days, and service requests are to be completed within three weeks. Obviously most requests are completed within a week, and emergencies are resolved immediately. |
