The Selection Process

Frontier selects materials, equipment and appliances that have proven durable and pleasing to the eye, and easy to maintain.

Building the Community

Then, once construction begins, Frontier not only meets but exceeds standards. Our construction performance standards surpass those of the National Association of Home Builders. We use not just one, but four separate quality inspection processes. The first is the one all builders use - government inspections. Frontier adds a rigorous standards inspection, then, more important, a random inspection by independent outside inspectors who check and record literally hundreds of inspection points in each home design during the construction process and finally, the Quality Standards Inspection to ensure that your Frontier home is ready for your family.
